Claris has been in retail and supply chain since 1998. We help stores and distribution centers run better by pairing consulting with real implementation. Our team includes consultants, engineers, and implementation specialists who are comfortable on the sales floor, in the stockroom, and on the DC floor.

What we do well:

• Store operations and workforce: assessments, customer experience, omni-channel fulfillment, engineered labor standards, tasking, labor budgeting, and WFM selection and implementation with compliance in mind.
• Distribution and warehousing: warehouse design with layout and simulation, WMS and WES selection and optimization, co-automation and full automation with AMRs and sortation, DC labor management, and cycle-time reduction from order drop to shipment.

As AI matured, it stopped being a demo and started becoming useful. Our clients needed tools that fit their operations, so we began building them. Long-standing issues like carton traceability, inventory mismatches between systems, and noisy store transfers became straightforward to tackle.

• Inventory Reconciliation Agent that compares SCALE and Geek+ daily and flags likely root causes.
• Store Transfer Optimizer that reduces noise while protecting in-stock.
